As usual charts tell you nothing unless you have your feet on the ground.
Fact - loans were made to each Tom Dick and Harry by every Tom Dick and Harry Broker who were making a squillions. Honeymoon periods were offered and when they could not afford the selling/forced selling/repos began. Even the ABC predicted these loans would lead to the debacle.
Time you got away from your charts and researched the reality. Having been there/seen it for myself you are quite clearly mistaken and out of touch with reality.
Never have I seen someone get it so terribly wrong.
