Man, if you put all these effort & channel it into a business / venture / franchise.... you may do well. No one pay you a single cent here.... end result always the same...... Malaga, SL, Booz, Justis & co still owning their properties & enjoyed all the previous years of growth.
You may say, it will crash.... But it may not be.... The rich will stay the same.
