Poor infrastructure and poor health in Australia........ you have got to be kidding......time for you to see the world David. There will always be the odd 'horror' story re the health system, but I would not want to be sick in any other country
Know anybody who has defaulted on a home loan in Oz? Oz is booming...yes property is expensive and when the rise in interest rate comes, it will pull back.
We are too friggin rich as a collective for their to be any property disaster here.
We are at the very pointy end of the wealth heirachy. Enjoy it, I personally think its here for along time yet.
