Sub-Sahara Acquires New Project in Tanzania

Sub-Sahara is pleased to announce the signing of a new gold/copper/ PGE (platinum)
joint venture in western Tanzania with Canyon Resources Ltd (a Tanzanian
company).The new deal follows 9 months of negotiation and is part of the Company's
strategy to expand its activities in Tanzania.

The deal incorporates 12 licenses covering rocks of Proterozoic Ubendian Mobile Belt of
western Tanzania and takes in approximately 16,500km2of highly prospective and under-explored tenure. The project area covers a similar geological setting to that of the recently
identified PGE (platinum) mineralisation at Goldstream Mining's Mibango Project and
the new package includes numerous historical occurrences of copper, gold and nickel.
