Sub-Sahara Resources has $10m loss

Sub-Sahara Resources NL increased its loss to $10 million in the half-year to December 31, 2008 from a previous $3 million loss, on revenue down 53.1% to $136,000.
There was no dividend.
Cash was down 80.8% to $599,000.
The profit result was largely driven by a $7 million loss due to an exploration write-down.
Directors say that the company will sell its Tanzanian assets for $1.25 million, with a further $5 million payable on commencement of commercial production.
