    I assuming GTE already has exploration targets and timeframes set out for when they get the go ahead. I just wonder if and when the thawing of the ground will have an effect.

    Would be a frustrating being ready to explore and waiting for so long for SSL just to have to wait another month or two for the ground to thaw.
