No need to be sorry - you opinion and I accept that. Some other posters on this thread really have nothing to say and are wasting everyone's time or making statements whose only basis is the current doom and gloom outlook.

FMG will now be cutting back their expansion plans and funding their next project from profits. Funding from profits will slow growth in production, in the medium term, however it is a tried and true method of building wealth and can only strengthen the coy over the next couple of years.

Being number one should not be the goal, being profitable certainly should be and with profits (and wealth building) FMG will do Ok.

One other point. FMG has done the impossible, it came from nowhere to be the third largest IO exporter in Oz in just 5 years. I don't see any of those doom and gloom predictors apologizing for their smartarse comments and from all those (same) analysts that said it couldn't be done, now predicting massive coy failures.

I figure if these "high priests" could get it wrong for little 'ol FMG, then they could easily get it wrong on anthing else they predict.
