Manipulation for low-ball take-over offer? LOL....
I think there must be some parties that really want to take over BTA at the moment. They want to get BTA cheap because BTA virtually does not have the support of institutional investors. They just dare not show their offers now. So, they just try to cap the share price and expect the situation to turn sour for BTA again.
The cap raising risk in the short term is redcued to very low level. Ready for more shares in BTA!
