There have been a few insto's and larger holders that were in CRE that might want out. They were stuck and had no exit and FML have now provided this opportunity for them.

So you could be right - a cash strapped bank like DB facing Basel3 regulations on cash adequacy needing to sell.

The thing I like is that there was a buyer over 7c ready to take this parcel on the close the other day and after the auction as well. over 75M shares that was a big buyer.

Brokers would have been on the phone after seeing the activity and lined up the buyer to take that action - fantastic we are on the way up SP wise even with this on the table.
