    "The board needs to face facts" sums up the problem.

    A problem acknowledged is a problem half solved.

    Today's (21/1/2014) announcement of 2.14% acceptance of the 250:1 offer is evidence of another failure by this board to face facts.

    Interesting to see how this will be addressed when the HY 2014 accounts are released in late Feb.
