Hi In regards to e-super, unfortunately due to a saving error on my part, I submitted information regarding contributions incorrectly. I have e-mailed recently however understandably this may take a couple of days to get a response. Has anybody else had this problem where there file has been submitted to e-super (before submission to ATO) and be alerted to an error. I can't re-open or re-do the particular stage and re-submit.
Will I be able to simply correct the information that needs correction without additional charge or fuss?
Of course my e-mail to e-super requested either they allow me to re-submit as well as including the entries and what they should read, if they felt they could just correct it at there end.
