I recommend you read through all the documents, but can summarise.
-500kv power line movement, they responded with additional research into any impacts, with proposed changes.
-Water needs- no longer required 60km pipe from Ulan coal mine. With elimination of many biodiversity risks, also no need for easements, etc.
- Compacting and reorganisation of mine infrastructure, to account for above, and build in other efficiencies.
