IMO,if CEO does not try to solve the Australian CDI shares in CDC in a month,CDC and current and initial CEO are scammers,in this case,shareholders should ask for prosecuting CEO against fraud to Australian Federal Police,Chinese Central Police and Hong-Kongese Police,directly or through Australian Government diplomatic channel to China and Hong-Kong.
Also,CDI shareholders should ask CDN(Chess Depositary Nominees Pty Ltd,a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX) to solve CDI matters,because CDN is the legal owner of the securities and CDI shareholders are beneficiary owners of the underlying securities.
