Delta - always good to see the 'right' things 'ticking over', but seems to me that this Adams update sugests that there has been a hitch or two.

In its last Quarterly, PEN stated that:

"In May 2012 the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) notified Peninsula’s wholly owned subsidiary Strata Energy, Inc. (Strata) that its responses to the NRC’s Requests for Additional Information (RAI’s) on Strata’s Ross Project, a part of the Lance Projects, were deemed acceptable to complete the NRC license application review"

If that is the case, why are we still responding to RAI's (as indicated in WWC's letter to NRC)? Seems that the NRC's May letter may have been a little premature.

Doesn't necessarily mean that there will be delays on the current timetable but, with the post-RAI component of the SEIS process being much larger than the RAI component, it does seem to suggest that we are unlikely to see any significant reductions in the NRC timetable.
