Excellent work Delta! Thanks for clarifying that matter. As the minutes say, the delay in the response to the cultural part of the RAI's was linked to progress with the Section 106 Study.

It was therefore remiss of PEN to state in the June Quaterly that:

"By letter dated 10 May 2012, NRC notified Strata that its RAI responses are complete and, based on this letter,
that NRC’s progress towards issuance of an SML License continues unabated"

However, it is clear now that the Section 106 Study has progressed sufficiently to now respond to the last remaining RAI. Hopefully, Strata will soon be notified that this final RAI response is acceptable - and therefore have real completeness of the RAI process.
