I read a artical on the age about banks talking about upping interest rates to recoup loss's from this subprime loss's to AU banks.
Bring it on I say, i would love this housing bubble to pop, i have been wanting to buy for a while but not willing to pay double price for a house that is going to fall in a year or two, sooner it comes back to earth sooner i will buy.
should see 30% or more stripped out of house prices like with the stocks.. its unbeleable what people will pay for something.
