Given that our resources are mostly owned by foreign owned Multinationals, then IMO they should foot at least half the bill say $100 billion over 10 years or $10 billion a year.(extra)
That leaves a lazy $100 Billion over 10 years....$10 billion/year
Then there's those who can afford to pay: -Billionaires...........................$5 Billion a year(extra) -Those with multi-millions.....$5 Billion/year (extra)

Perhaps the RW peanuts who have been barracking for this deal would want the 60% of Aussies on a wage under $70K P/A to foor the bill as well as being cannon fodder should there be a real bingle.
