He declared that 'it's not a race' to get vaccinated to try to cover for his failure to not get enough vaccines in the first place, leading to the wider community adopting a lackadaisical approach to getting the vaccine, lining us up for disaster should another strain hit
He launched a mobile phone app and demanded we all download it, declaring that it was like sunscreen when it didn't actually do anything
He allowed a cruise liner loaded with covid sick people into Sydney Harbour and allowed them to disembark and disappear into the community only a week or two after it's sister ship had been quarantined in Japan in identical circumstances
And he declared he was going to the footy to enjoy himself in Sydney at the same time as telling Victorians who had gone into lockdown that 'we are all in this together'
But of course, he shut the borders to China. Well done Scotty. He took forever to shut the borders to European countries and the USA though. There's a reason why Turnbull declared it the the biggest failure of public administration we've have ever witnessed.
Oh, and he's still done bugger all about quarantine, a FEDERAL responsibility...
