Looking at DVD purchase per cust, cash cost by qtr, since Jun 08:

Employee cash costs are stubbornly around $18-20 per cust.
Other wkg capital (everything else)has been up around $30-50 per cust per qtr but $27 in Dec.
Getting to the point where each cust is cash +ve.
