Very interesting development hooba.
On the face of the announcement the plan seems to be to structure DVM as a vehicle for raising capital from the Aussie market for a huge investment in petroleum product distribution in the heart of the major Chinese industrial region. (and that is saying something!!)
Not a lot of shares on issue in this company- clearly its been little more than a listed shell looking for a reason to be.
Looks like it may have found that reason big time.
