Sorry to post this here as it is unrelated to any stock or the xjo.
I was wondering how many pay tv subscribers there are within the forum, particularly those in rural areas who subscribe to austar.
It has come to my attention that the CNBC channel or channel 652 has been shut off from subscribers however it is available to subscribers of foxtel.
I have 'vented my displeasure' via the telephone to austar this morning but hold little hope of anything being done unless they receive more complaints about this.
It has been a valued research tool for myself in following the US markets over night and it is irritating that Austar has taken this course of action.
Interestingly they have not altered the subscription accordingly!
