Is it true that in the Henry report Gov will subsidise exploration & time mining to 57%? If so does that mean a boost to explorers!.
Could anyone recommend other exploration companies? I've been watching Cullen for a while but it seems its destiny is in the hands of Aqua & Co who have restrictions that caps SP.
