The main shareholder sold off 2 million shares.
a] So, he runs a trading investment business, and he takes a profit! Good on him.
They have no cash!
a] They have half a mill in the bank, and have NO expenditure ... Why raise cash?
Smart money selling!
a] I think much of the smart money has been buying for the last month! In fact if you look at the volumes, when you take his 2 mill out, there have not been many sellers at all. Most are holding tight for the aquisition!
Share dilution needed for an aquisition!
