    I might be wrong here but it looks like the substancial buyers are holding their shares close to their chest.

    A lot of buying has been going on and still sellers are holding off from the market allowing sp to rise slowly.
    Slower the better.
    No speeding ticket, yet.
    I expect notice of substancial holders to appear soon.
