substanitial holder change

Change of substantial holder - 16% worth (Arcelor Mittal) to a bank. I think it just means that they've issued bonds using the shares as collateral so the bank is holding them???

Interesting because it would mean they don't want to sell them atm like the rumours were saying. Interesting that they'd hold them after this run up even when they need money. So in that case that stock won't be coming to the market either, at least at this stage.
