...and the more significant the potential deal, the longer the DD process and perhaps, the less we might hear from management in the meantime (indicators so far that it is heading this way considering their past track record of regular updates) on the basis that these could indeed be very sensitive and company changing negotiations...
...time will tell - investing is a calculated gamble - i believe this is one stock that is definitely worth the ride.
