    Well, if you want to take up the 50c offer we have to be holding as of close of trading tonight. Therefore if we sell now we are not entitled. Most investors would purchase today to have the right to purchase at 50c and then sell tomorrow because they would already have the rights. Right?? Otherwise the price would have dropped today
