    ballbreaker - i am 99% sure you are not properly understanding entitlement to the rights offer.

    You have to be on the register as of tonight.

    If you buy or sell shares today that does not affect the shares that are registered in your name as of tonight. T+3 or whatever.

    You only have an entitlement if you had bought before the trading halt. ANYTHING you do today does not change that.
