INL have stated they are not interested in doing the mining, they want to be the processing/technology partner. If the JRV leach process is economical, then its another string to the INL bow if they takeover.
Lets be realistic, INL probably have a very economical process, but F/A cash to develop a full blown resource. JRV have chinese seriously sniffing around, why would they want any complications to the MOU with INL sticking their nose in!! And they have had some good testing results.
In my mind, INL need to provide bass with capitol to fast track processing.
Probably some truth Vespas,INL have stated they are not...
