    credit suisse were also in the papers (australian & afr) this past saturday regarding their research note suggesting that zfx is "a logical incremental step towards achieving oxr's growth vision ... the logical deal is a scrip bid by the more highly rated oxr for zfx ... to preserve the cash ... the merged group would have a very strong balance sheet"
