Does not suprise me the least... would love to have a look at its CAR of late... Challenger Financial would be EXTREMLY short on capital at these times and obviously needs to sure up some capital to keep APRA happy... Or possibly they were attempting to free carry their holdings... You just dont know really... The only way to find out is to really talk to their chief traders and since this isnt happening we will never know...
