Have to say, it's quite suspicious that high levels of shorting (2% and over) has been reported since good news has been coming, especially since refinancing announced.
So someone trying to keep sp down, but can't keep shorting a stock forever, have to cover at some point.
Agree that best strategy atm is to accumulate on the dips and wait for upward forces to play out.
