I'm sure they'll sent it out with the Notice of Meeting for what its worth.
Unfortunately we do need the money to complete the SXEW at Kinsevere - we don't have secure tenure over our DRC leases due to this contract review so can't get debt finance and so unfortunately this is the cheapest money available - so we have to grab it as we don't know the outcome of the contract review.
And operationally we're 'on the nose' due to a couple of unbelievable stuff-ups.
All will be forgiven if they can deliver the Kinsevere SXEW on time/current budget late next year.
We do have the resources at Kolwezi/Mutoshi that will be the icing on the cake within a year or so.
The shareprice can only mark time for the rest of this year as profits in Q3 & Q4 will be miserable.
