I see Goldman's has become a substantial holder for GMG & DXS. CBA became a SH of MGR as well recently.
These big players would appear to be confident in the state of the AREIT's! This makes me confident.
This is a very good sign. These guys spend millions of dollars on researching sectors and companies and the fact that they are increasing their holdings in 1) the REIT sector, and 2) GMG, is a very good sign.
Should be a very positive week. :-)
