Hey everyone don't panic!
This next allotment of shares will also include at least one substantial holder and by now we are all well aware who that is.
CCC will have amongst others Och Ziff as a substantial holder on board and they are required to make prompt notification to the ASX of their major share holding. It is their responsibility. However, I know from discusiions with CCC that they will of course put pressure for that to happen promptly.
CCC from my searches since holding the CCC ticker has never had a "substantial holding" notice. I believe that will have an impact and I for one am looking forward to that announcement......Probably next week.
