    I have no difficulty with CTP buying into MHL.

    Sounds like they have done a lot of groundwork on potential clients and infrastructure, which I presume is why JH agreed to get involved.

    Saves us the expence of doing these things

    It will be a symbiotic relationship that allows CTP to keep out other predators and makes us more valuable
