Substantial payment expected soon was all that was alluded to in the video presentation of the last AGM. Could be anything depending on ones interpretation of "substantial".
As for cash held you're better off looking at the most recent 4c's. I think it's probably about 1.85 million (not sure). Intec has it's own investor web site which includes a Q&A link for more direct answers to your questions. You will be better served by going there searching and looking for answers to your questions.
