The market cap has been depressed for some time now and in my opinion the board of directors dont seem to be focused on that sadly. A substantial capital return would go a long way in reassuring investors of the opportunity that exists with x64 (evidenced by the positive market reactions to previously announced dividends, albeit only on a small scale). Hopefully shareholders will be rewarded by a more substantial payout this reporting season.
