Good to see the seller was not active today. My guess is they (CBA?) have sold out. Buyers not game to bid up yet, partly because they're expecting the seller at any time.
Agree about margin calls, etc. What I found notable was that the selling was not orderly, i.e., take any price regardless. Good riddance to them is my feeling (the big seller, not others) - their loss.
I haven't spoken to ALB. The mothballing comments were mine alone. I just feel it would be the fallback position. I doubt it will come to that but management would be remiss if they didn't consider it.
In this market and especially with base metals, it's important to take a medium term view. Multi bagger at these levels imo, but it won't happen overnight.
