Interestingly the technical director of Quest petroleum Mr Saxon Palmer recently became a substantial shareholder with 104,140,540 shares or 5.11% of the company as was announced on the 6th Feb 2012.

Mr Palmer is a geologist with over 20 years of experience and has appraised oil & gas opportunities in most of the major gas basins in the world.

He has held senior management positions with
BP and BHP Billiton and was most recently Exploration Manager (Australia/Asia) for BHP Billiton.

To have someone like Mr Palmer as technical director and a major shareholder for QPN is a massive vote of confidence for me.
