Sorry - my info was that the web site would have the details up by now. I have received the below statement from Alan Baker of the Shareholder Action Group:

"The campaign to restructure the CBio Board has cost the Shareholder Action Group a substantial amount of money – well over $50,000 so far, with more to come - in legal fees, mailout costs, travel expenses, website costs, phone bills, shareholder briefings etc.

If you feel inclined to make a contribution towards these costs, please transfer or deposit what you consider to be an appropriate amount (given the size of your shareholding) into the following account:

CBio Shareholder Action Group, National Australia Bank, BSB 084 034, Account no. 12 292 8229

or you can send a cheque made out to CBio Shareholder Action Group to GPO Box 5073, Brisbane Qld 4001.

Smaller shareholders might contribute in the range of $20 to $100, medium size shareholders several hundred dollars and large shareholders up to several thousand dollars.

If you check with your accountant, you may find that your contribution towards these expenses should be tax deductible."
