Substantial Shareholder History

Thought I'd put something together on the past history of TSN, in particular the changes in Substantial shareholder notices:



Two things strike out, There have been two major price increases after the "release" of a major shareholder, in late 2013 when TAP sold a large parcel, and then again in mid 2015 when Utilco jumped out.

What I can't seem to figure out is the difference between the 165m that Utilco sold, and then Copulos getting 98, where did the rest go?
