As of June 30 2020 there were only 2 substantial shareholders Wentronics (michael wendt (53.6%) Thundering Heard and Faraday Capital (Related Parties 9.31%) Assuming the remaining top 20 shareholding are unrelated non of them had over 3.6%...
So all we know is that the Wendt and Thundering Heard didn't change their holdings by more than 1%...
and no one else acquired a 5% stake on Friday..
anything could have happening with the remaining 37% float.. (about 86mm shares).. which coincidentally is around the volume last Friday..
so who knows.. my guess is that 10-20% of the shares have new owners... but its only a guess...
i think we'll be waiting for new info or the semi annual report in Feb to get this one moving again..
Seems cheap to me at 1.5x expected EV/EBITDA... but i guess we will have to see if the new earnings growth is sustainable or not.
