Can anyone tell me what the rules are re posting substantial...

    Can anyone tell me what the rules are re posting substantial shareholders notices if one is selling / buying? What timeframes must a company / individual shareholder announce this in?

    If it is a small fund selling down, and I suspect it is, then there should be a notice by now if they were in the top 20.

    Prospect as you know who have been buying posted theirs the otherday though I have seen no sellers notice.

    Unless of course this is all people outside of the top 20 selling?
