substantial shareholder notice

I would expect a substantial shareholder notice to be reported in the next few days from a large insto seller. Hope they realize it is an offence to delay notices outside the timeframes when they are aware of their percentage change being greater than 1%. Perhaps they think they can sell to an ill informed market at prices higher than what would be normally obtained if this notice was lodged? Yes we can see the broker they are selling through & perhaps they name is rather ironic.
