Although the AUD gold price has appreciated nicely in the past few days, and has been at a fairly high historical level over recent months, in my view it's hard to see RED shares appreciating much from current levels for the moment.

Unless, of course, they provide us all with an upbeat announcement to say that operations at KOTH are now "shooting the lights out".

With almost another 250m shares to be issued over the next month or so through the underwritten SPP and Tranche 2 of the capital raising, anyone who's been allocated shares in the second Tranche has themselves a risk free trade at the moment by selling some of their shares on market for anything at or above 13.75c and then replenishing their shareholding at 13.5c from the Tranche 2 allocation they'll be getting in around mid April.
