That's nice to see. The Smorgon holding has increased by over 90m shares since their last Substantial Shareholder Notice including some 26m they picked up for $3.5m recently.
I'd suggest no-one is going to be making a successful takeover of RED at a bargain price unless this major shareholder suddenly changes their mind about their investment. And based on their very recent activities, that doesn't seem likely.
