The reason they aren't saying anything is because they have nothing positive to say i.m.o.
They have i.m.o deliberately misled the market, and I emailed Sammut this morning and said as much.
Also hopefully Asic are going to look into this, I haven't heard back yet.Intec management know they are in deep trouble and have shut up shop on announcements not wanting to incriminate themselves any further.
