I had a review of the substantial shareholders in OZB. Jason Peterson seems to be a big player in stocks involved in acquisitions.
I have found that he has a substantial interest in SBN and CMY. Here is a link to a HC post in another forum.

I'd be interested in learning what other shares he or his company have a substantial interest in.
