Pinto and co are clearly going for it

maybe the company deliberately wants the options to fall away as it enables these big holders to increase their grip

to fight them off the board may be "going slow" and orchestrating an emergency where entry onto the register is sought from another friendly party

i remember looking at the registry a while back and saw that MP and co didn't even have 10%
i jokingly said i had more shares than 2 of them and should be on the board in exchange for allegiance

i do and maybe i will?!!!
